CGFNS (Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools): Required for nurses applying to work in the United States. Your CGFNS application will need your PRC Verification of Rating and authenticated documents. File your PRC certification and authentication requests through LERIS early — processing takes weeks.
NCLEX: The US nursing licensure exam. You’ll need your CGFNS certificate or VisaScreen before applying in most states.
IELTS / OET: Most international destinations require English proficiency scores. Start preparing for these while waiting for your PRC registration to process.
